I'm sure I'm not on my lonesome when I wish Playlovers the greatest of success with their forthcoming production of Beauty and the Beast. To see one of our own putting on a show at the Regal is fantastic! I know they're not the first to do so, but it's up to all of us involved in the local theatre community to offer our support to our colleagues by telling the whole of Perth about this must see and support event. PS: And before I'm asked the obvious...yes, I shall certainly be going, and before you ask Walter...No, I'm not involved in any way with this production. cheers Johnny Grim A lad in sane productions

Sk - my post only mentioned as being reported, as you stated it was announced publicly. So it was not a question of not believing you!

I just worked on the old, rule of the black thumb nail. Worked on an average of possibly 3/4 houses, considering the concession/ratio. Roughly off the top of my head, coming up close to the $600 000 mark. As a gross box office guesstimating - hence my post!
