Hi my name is -------. I'm 12 years old and i live in Melbourne. I have blond hair and green eyes. I'm looking for a TV or movie part not for money but for experience. lately at my school i was awarded Best Actress in a Supporting Role and have been in many school plays. I know i might not sound like the best option because i don't have that much experience but please if you give me a go i won't let you down! Na Said : you put in the time and effort, and you will find the work.

So very very true. I heard about a young man who was able to walk into a producers office, say he wanted to act and got a job. Now how much of this story is true is debatable however the point is that the guy was committed and showed enough persistance to actually find out who to go to, where to find him and actually have to 'balls' to make such a move.

I am not suggesting that this is what you have to do. In fact, it's more likely to get you kicked out (but at least you will get noticed). The point (the second point) is to have the committment and resolve to go that far. Be prepared and willing to go to extraordinary lengths to get what you want.
