Stage Door School in Subiaco

I'm considering doing the part time musical theatre course at Stage Door School in Subiaco (Perth) next year. Anyone completed this course before and if so, was it a worthwhile investment? It's going to be quite costly as you are required to have a singing lesson every week on top of the course. I hear their students have quite a good record in WAAPA success.

Agree with you Pan. And also Dance Factory Melb is $1800 plus per term as is Brent Street NSW. Dont get me wrong I am not knocking Stage Door but they all sound the same. Unless you get hecs or vet subsidy you pay heaps.

Aeva if thats the best Perth has, go for it, if it gets you where you want to go, such as WAAPA do what you have too. Like Pan I dont know the place but it just seems the same in every state. You pay through the nose to get what you want. Sometimes doing a year of dance will be a benefit but your paying for it. Its up to you and it depends what you want. On the web Stage Door looks a great place.

hope that makes sense
