Ok, who are you contacting about public liability? It all depends on where you go. If you are looking for theatre insurance, go with Duck for Cover (although be careful with them - if you sign a contract hiring a venue it voids your policy with them, UNLESS during a festival... email me if you want more of an explanation), or go with Community Insurance.com. The latter would suit you better, as they have 'one-off' insurance policies (ie. for just a season, or a night of performance), or you can get per annum insurance. They also cover you if you are in a council within Victoria. Anyway, back to the actual topic.... I agree! Don't read the posts if you don't want to.
