Strand lamp base P 28 for Patt 23/123/223 etc.
Mon, 23 Feb 2009, 10:40 pmI have just ordered a batch of direct replacement lamp bases to suit the Patt 23/123/ 223/45/264 Strand lights and they will cost under $20 each and this will make it economical to repair these older lights as currently a similar base costs $80 and then you have to re-drill holes to make it fit.Anyone who may be able to use these please contact me.

Sat, 18 Apr 2009, 12:16 amA couple more factors in the cost benefit of P28 lamps, the T17, P 28 lamp is a 750 hour life lamp,the
T18 Gy 9.5 lamp is a 300 hour life lamp,
so the "new"T18 is 10% cheaper and 10% brighter but only has
40% of the life.And you will have to change lamp bases far more often.
