I am 15 years old and love acting, but have not been able to do much of it as of yet. I am wondering how I could get an acting role or if there were any spots available. I live in NSW, it would need to be within the state. Can any one help?

i am a young 14 yr. old girl thats will soon turn 15 yrs. old this aug,and well,i was hoping for a job in acting or something simular.I have seen where it says''come audition for us,and i was wondering''what kind of audition??for what?
I have always loved singing,dancing,and acting..i really think im a good at acting.My main thing is dancing..i do that every single day almost,and i hope that one day i can try to do this and make others happy.I would very much like it to have a shot at this oppertunity.
