Insurance question

I'm hunting down some PL providers, and was wondering if anyone has bought a policy from http://www.community-care.com.au/ I just went to do a quote, and it seems a bit strange to me that they accept payment straight away - submit a few details and you can pay immediately, without having anyone review it before hand. The site is recommended by an old community insurance thing run by the government, and I see it listed on another bunch of arts sites, but it does seem odd that there's no reviewing system. Any recommendations/opinions?

Although you are a Trader, as are a lot of Artisans, who also receive Government Grants. To cover things like PL & other incidental outgoings, such as Insurance in the Arts. Wasn't there a Local Government Insurance scheme in Victoria, which they set up, as an umbrella coverage? We have had something similar here in Cockburn, initiated by the City Council, that gives coverage under the area residents association supposedly. Which for our group is proving harder to access than rusted Chastity belt!
