Fri, 25 Aug 2006, 06:05 pmIt is sad to say that several of the shows on in Perth at the moment, both large and small, are not listed on this web site under the 'What's On' section.
This is a free promotion facility which we are all lucky to have, and yet recently I have had to try cross-referencing, looking up production companies and venues (one main one, still not even listed) in order to find the dates or times of shows that I have heard may possibly be on now.
Your audience shouldn't have to work hard to find you.
Don't let all your crew and actors work their guts out and not even list your production. Then wonder why no one has turned up!

Most sites of this forum-type nature have you running the same risk- one man's opinion is another man's excuse to have a go at someone. This site is particularly prone to flamboyant bouts of hyperbole, spite and bile (no, not a law firm) due to the "theatrical nature" of its participants. Nothin' we theatre-folks like better than a nice safe bitch at someone else whom we don't know and have never met- but can lacerate from the comfort of our 19" monitors.

Well, it'll give you the indication of the level of wit amongst SOME of our number. The choice is yours; do you feel it is sporting to enter this Battle Of Wits against unarmed opponents??

I think I should have my own section on this site called "Caffeine-fuelled Gibberish"- how 'bout a forum called "Bitchfight" or a "Don't Hurt the Newbie" link?
