Fri, 25 Aug 2006, 06:05 pmIt is sad to say that several of the shows on in Perth at the moment, both large and small, are not listed on this web site under the 'What's On' section.
This is a free promotion facility which we are all lucky to have, and yet recently I have had to try cross-referencing, looking up production companies and venues (one main one, still not even listed) in order to find the dates or times of shows that I have heard may possibly be on now.
Your audience shouldn't have to work hard to find you.
Don't let all your crew and actors work their guts out and not even list your production. Then wonder why no one has turned up!

But I'm hesitant because if you express a view that criticises the way the site works you get called a bigot.
Which is not really fair. I just wanted to put an alternate explanation for what i said was a good site. I'm not concerned about the site relaly I'm concerned about the some of the commentary. But like Logos says, it's kind of inevitable I guess. Yeah, good exchange, this is what should happen. I like this. I just don't like character assassination which I think is really sad.
I'm sorry for my spelling. I'm very new at this and a bit new at English.
