One main hiccup Micheal is, we don't get a look in here, on the WA side of the rabbit proof fence!

From the Victorian side website;-

PARTICIPATION
Participation of Not for Profit Organisations in the Scheme is absolutely conditional upon the Municipal Council, in which your Not for Profit Organisation operates at and from and has its official address, must be a Member of the Scheme. Presently 78 of the 79 Victorian Municipal Councils and all 29 Tasmanian Municipal Councils are Members of the Scheme. The only Victorian Municipal Council not in the Scheme is City of Greater Dandenong.

It is therefore material to our acceptance of You into the Scheme that You confirm the name of the Municipal Council in which your organisation operates out of, and in which your organisation resides (its official address).

Your Not for Profit Organisation becomes an additional named insured under your Municipal CouncilÂ’s Policy. If more than one Insured is covered for the same occurrence by this Insurance, the total aggregate liability of the Insurers for all claims arising directly or indirectly from one source or original cause shall not exceed the total of $100 million. The limit will be shared in the same proportion as each of the respective insuredÂ’s limit of indemnity relates to the combined total of all limits that would otherwise have been available to each insured.

So untill they cross the boarder, we have to use the 'ACT' Package!
