Looking to make a School Community Musical Theatre Society

Hello Everybody. I hope you are all well. I was wondering if any one could help me with an idea I am trying to Develop. I have nearly finished a proposal for a new Musical Theatre Society within my old High School Community. I have all the content as to what I would like to do during the course of the year, but I am at a loss as to what the Hierachy and structure should be. I was hoping that someone from here could help me with a few examples and ideas from other Musical Theatre or plain Theatre groups. I would be greatful for any help and direction given.
