Looking to make a School Community Musical Theatre Society

Hello Everybody. I hope you are all well. I was wondering if any one could help me with an idea I am trying to Develop. I have nearly finished a proposal for a new Musical Theatre Society within my old High School Community. I have all the content as to what I would like to do during the course of the year, but I am at a loss as to what the Hierachy and structure should be. I was hoping that someone from here could help me with a few examples and ideas from other Musical Theatre or plain Theatre groups. I would be greatful for any help and direction given. Besides the Incorporated conditional structure, which I'm sure you will get from your State Government Department website, that handles association registration. As is in this State, they have a model Constitution & rules of structure. Which requires Office Bearers & gives guidelines to procedures of caring out the day to day business of the society. Other than that with the theatre side of the group, it is basically similar to mounting and departmentalising a production. In a lot of cases besides the elected executive committee, you may have either exofficios for FOH & Staging. Or those elected to be responsible for the various departments & sections. Like Technical, Stage, Promotion, Wardrobe & whatever. 
 A nother way is to contact a similar group locally, checking out their 'Mission Statement &/or setup. Invariably you can gain this info from their websites.
