Looking to make a School Community Musical Theatre Society

I was wondering if any one could help me with an idea I am trying to Develop.
I have nearly finished a proposal for a new Musical Theatre Society within my old High School Community. I have all the content as to what I would like to do during the course of the year, but I am at a loss as to what the Hierachy and structure should be. I was hoping that someone from here could help me with a few examples and ideas from other Musical Theatre or plain Theatre groups.
I would be greatful for any help and direction given.

However, it's not clear from your post that you want an amateur or pro structure? And are we talking about how to set up as a business entity, or how the people are organised in roles and who takes what responsibility?
