I am really confused about what you have been told. Can you explain please. What you have been informed is totally different but Im not saying its wrong by any means. I got an A letter last year and accepted my place immediately for BAPA BA MT. I didnt have to wait for VTAC approval cos I was accepted directly by the Arts Academy. My A letter was on a BAPA letter head and the VTAC info within the letter was generalised. BAPA advises VTAC of your approval and acceptance and your name would have appeared in the paper. There was no need to wait until you see your name. B letter people are told a few days after the 16th if the A letters dont respond or accept.
