acting work

I think you are being a little unfair and generalising far too much, IÂ’m only a teenager and acting is the only thing I want to do. Yes I hear everyone else say this too but not all of us are brain-dead little kids who donÂ’t do any research and expect everything done for us as you assume.

I'm quite aware of my (very low) chances of "making it" and that's not saying anything about my amount of talent, I'm a great actor. The point is not everyone knows where to start so maybe you should encourage them to ask questions and instead of insulting their intelligence you could maybe ANSWER a few questions with some relevant information.

IÂ’ve read the archives and I must say not much helped me, I'm from Perth and all the good advice seems specific to the eastern states. I didnÂ’t let this get me down I went out and researched for myself and I go to all the auditions I can. Maybe asking questions on this site is some peopleÂ’s form of research or their first step. They just donÂ’t know the best way to go about expressing themselves and sometimes end up sounding like beggars, but cut them a little slack they will learn. Just remember we're only young and weÂ’re just trying to find our way.
