How Would I Go About Putting On A Famous Show?

Hi, I was wandering how I would go about getting lisencing rights and a really inexpensive way to put on "A Chorus Line". Friends and I would very much enjoy putting on a piece of ameture theater and we've attempted it once before with trying to stage The Who's Tommy but after months of preperation, personal matters got in the way and everything fizzled. It would be really nice if we got to put on a much loved show such as A Chorus Line.

So advice on stuff like liscening is the main issue I think. Venues, auditions, advertising is all under the hat.

So if anyone's keen to help with how I'd get info on copyrightand stuff, please feel free to contact me.

Thanks Simon for your message and yeah I do realize A Chorus line requires all that. And quite possibly you may be correct in saying that it is a bit of a huge step to be the first one. Maybe Godspell hey????
