I need a bit of help. I run a full-time dance studio and I'm looking for a decent venue for our dancing conert at the end of the year. We would need a stge of decent size, probably to fit up to 20 very mobile children at a time, and a seating capacity of about 200. I have previously hired the Marloo Theatre but have outgrown it, unfortunately.
I'm willing to use Halls, school auditoriums, anthing!
Can you suggest anything?

Oh, by the way, I'm located in the Hills, but anything eastern suburbs will do

Re venues -
Yes we have the details about most of the Schools and colleges that have wonderful venues, but the costs rule most of them out for anything the ITA do.
Believe me we do look very long and hard at most of these beautiful performing arts centres but they all charge virtually commercial rates, most of the costs relate of course to staff wages, and as our 'events' are weekend ones as a rule the cost skyrocket.
It is of course undestandable that the managers of these places need to safeguard their equipment etc and as well there are certain safety regulations in place so they are not totally the bad guys!!
