YEAR 12 TEE!!!!!
Sun, 17 Dec 2000, 10:56 amOK I know its a bit early but I am already starting to stress. Next year as part of The TEE Drama course for my practical part I have to perform a scripted monologue and make up my own performance. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good monologue I could use or any ideas I could elaborate on for my one man performance. I am a girl by the way.

You really do not need to be so worried, and doing so is only more likely to upset the creative process. Friends of mine did TEE drama this year and whilst they did find it stressful the actual examination process was not hard, and you do get a lot of help on your actual piece throughout the year. If you would like to see some of the monologues that people have done you can go to the "Perspectives" exhibition of visual and performing arts students works which includes performances by the creators of the states best monologues of this year. I'm not sure when it is on though. Anyone?
