Saw Ed the Anti-Christ too
Fri, 8 Oct 1999, 03:09 pmYes, I too have witnessed the particular splendour of Dan Wall's "Ed The Anti-Christ". I had the privilege of sharing Gold's Gym with The Right Dishonourable Peter Foss. He farted at one point; an astounding response from an (f)arts minister. Usually they're conspicuous in their silence. A full blown grunt is welcome by all and sundry, if only to confirm the minister is still alive.I enjoyed the play, for all its minute faults- by no means is this a fully fleshed out work, as I'm sure author and cast would agree. However it deserves your patronage (yeah, you reading this, I mean YOU!!), simply to prove to the cretins responsible for Artrage that Perth is actually interested in supporting local work, and that this body should treat these works with according dignity, as opposed to stuffing them in some derelict steroid barn!If you saw "Ed", tell the folks at Artrage to get the resources together to make Perth works viable, as (surprise, surprise) there IS a community that will respond.Elps: if my earlier comments offend, then either grow a skin or please recognize them as satire... and if you're Peter Foss, I hope you get burned bigtime in the upcoming selection process, you facile git.

> GrantHi,
Does anyone actually have Mr Foss's correct email address or postal address (im sure that one has been posted on here before but forgive me for being to lazy to search;P).
Also, I am looking for work experience in the feild of Arts Management. I have applied to the course at the Academy and would like to get some experience before I start studying. Does anyone have any contacts they could forward onto me? or suggestions on where to start.I have studied Commerce and Theatre Arts at uni so the combination of the two gives me a good background. Any help is greatly appreciated.ThanksCatherine McStravick
