Starlight Express - Perth

fellow walter, i can garuntee you that the producers of this production will not have thought of the ramifications for having a cast of teenagers and geriatrics on rollerskates, but come on - if this does not sell out then perth has no sense of humour, because, this is going to be incredible!!! 'starlight express' just seems to be one of those productions that should have been removed from the list of productions allowed to be produced by community theatre (purely for the sake of dignity). i think (seriously) that it shows a real lack of originality or even daring by companies in perth to choose productions that simply are not suitable. im sure people do realise that there is a catalogue of performances that go beyond andrew lloyd webber and oscar hammnstein, but, perth you do have to look for them! grow up guys this simply will not work!!!!!!!! having said that i want to reserve my ticket now!!!
