Saturday Night Fever
Mon, 3 Jan 2005, 12:39 pmHey everyone!
I saw Saturday Night Fever last night and it was an awesome show with fantastic dance numbers and Bee Gee's hits, the only down side being that there was hardly a plot but hey its all about the dancing!
The leads were amazing, particulary Adam-jon Fiorentino, who carried the show in the role of Tony Manero and Dale Pengelly was hilarious in the comedic role of disco DJ Monty!
I wont say anymore, you just have to see it. The show is in preview season until the Jan 5th which means all tockets r $65, so cheap for a show so good!

Tue, 19 Apr 2005, 09:00 amI saw the show during its Melbourne run. It was agreat energetic show with a very enthusiastic ensemble. My only gripe was with Dale Pengelly, the character of DJ Monty was contrived, sleazy and cliche driven, yet the audience thought it was funny.
