I've been regularly posting on forums since 1999 and currently Administer my own popular cricket forum so the following advice is based on personal experience and is not directed to anyone here in particular. I've learnt that forums that conduct sensible discussions worthy of reading attract new membership regularly and new membership is the lifeblood of a forum site. Forums that allow bickering amongst its members to go unmoderated and allowed to remain in public view will turn potential quality members away. People who like reading and engaging in meaningful discussion will bypass this site when they realize the management of the site doesn't seem to care about encouraging sensible and friendly discussions by allowing threads like this one to bring the tone of the whole forum down. In my opinion, this thread should be removed as soon as possible.
