Important Information...

The recent newsletter from Don Russell Performing Arts Centre states that Husky Productions "The Boyfriend" is brought to you by "the same people who brought you Chicago".
THIS IS NOT TRUE. In no way, shape or form is Husky Productions associated with Act One Scene One (the people that actually brought you Chicago). This advertisment was printed without our prior knowledge or permission.
Neil Husk was a technical director and Natalee Husk musical director for Chicago's original season. Those who saw Chicago will know that these were the worst two aspects of the entire show, due to the unreliability and unprofessionalism of those now related to Husky Productions.
This may appear slightly harsh, but it is from personal experience that we wish not to have ourselves or our company associated with Husky Productions or their upcoming "The Boyfriend".
Act One Scene One's current project, the second season of "Chicago", will be showing at the Bridge Theatre on March 23, 24 & 25. Tickets can be booked through Ticketmaster7 by calling 13 61 00. It is a truly fabulous show and we urge you not to miss out.

Fri, 9 Mar 2001, 08:11 pmYeah .. it was gone in mine too - addressed to "Community Radio Info" at Information Radio, don't know whether that means they were deleting by the "Cs" or they did the media/radio stations last!
Either way, it just means I would never have known about the whole fuss if it hadn't been brought to the attention of this board!
