Moving to Perth
Sat, 12 May 2007, 10:21 pmHey there, I may be making the big move from East Coast to West Coast within the next few months, and i know the theatre scene over there is fairly big. I would be living in or around Perth, and would be looking to find a theatre company to get involved with. I am heavily involved here in my home town of Newcastle in both directing and performing so would like some advice from the people who live over there as to where i would head for this.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Why make a choice? Surely the whole point of theatre is to do the most challenging play irrespective of the theatre venue. You don't want to do one great play and then half dozen rubbish at the same theatre.
