Your profile is your theatre identity on the site. It's where your credits, follows, and activity are gathered in one place.

What's on Your Profile

• Credits — productions you've been involved in (as cast, crew, director, etc.)
• Forum activity — your posts and threads
• Companies — companies you manage
• Follows — productions, companies, and forums you're following

Building Your Profile

Visit My Account → Edit Profile to add:

• Your real name (helpful for directors and company managers to identify you)
• A profile photo
• A short bio

Your profile page is publicly visible at theatreoz.store/profile/[your-username].

Production Credits

Credits are the heart of your theatre CV on Theatre Australia. There are two ways credits appear on your profile:

Credits added by company admins — when a company admin adds a production and includes your name in the cast or crew list, a credit appears on your profile automatically (if your account is matched).

Credits you request — if you were in a production that's already on the site, you can request a credit from the production page. The company admin reviews and approves it.

Requesting a credit:

├─ Click "Request a credit"
├─ Select your role (Cast, Director, Stage Manager, etc.)
├─ Add character name if applicable
└─ Submit → Company admin is notified → They approve or decline
