Venue Hire
Tue, 14 Mar 2006, 11:50 amAt our theatre, we often get requests from outside groups and organisations asking about hiring our venue.
I am just wondering if there are other groups out there that are lucky enough (and/or have worked hard enough) to haev their own venue that might also hire them out.
I don't want to spark a commercial arguement and am happy to take emails directly to my email address, leshart@bigpond.com
It is not our intention to undercut anyone and at the same time we don't want to underprice ourselves - nor over price for that matter.
Any feedback regarding current practices and prices would be gratefully appreciated.
Areas I am considering are:-
Price of Venue for rehearsal
Price of Venue for performance - weekend v weekday rates
Cost of Tech crew
Cost of Front of House crew
Box Office facility and costs associated
