Venue Hire

At our theatre, we often get requests from outside groups and organisations asking about hiring our venue.

I am just wondering if there are other groups out there that are lucky enough (and/or have worked hard enough) to haev their own venue that might also hire them out.

It is not our intention to undercut anyone and at the same time we don't want to underprice ourselves - nor over price for that matter.

Any feedback regarding current practices and prices would be gratefully appreciated.

Areas I am considering are:-
Price of Venue for rehearsal
Price of Venue for performance - weekend v weekday rates
Cost of Tech crew
Cost of Front of House crew
Box Office facility and costs associated
