Interesting, and worth posting in detail. I'm not saying this in an attempt to be cynical - I actually think it's worth noting when arts organisations get things right, so that it can be identified and the good aspects can be continued. I don't suppose you'd care to share a few more details about the way you see things have changed - ie what was wrong before and how that has been corrected?
