Strand or ETC & LX Software
Tue, 7 Aug 2001, 12:19 amIm currently looking purchasing a new lighting desk. I think that I will purchase a Strand 520i but havent been able to compare it to an ETC style of desk. If you have had compared the two desks I would be interested in hearing your thoughts.
Also, I need a cad style LX design software package. I have received information about the Vectorworks from www.ozcad.com.au, if anyone know a nice program thats easy to use and friendly to us in the theatre industry please email me: sclarke_riverside@parracity.nsw.gov.au

Have you ever heard of the LSC lighting company An Australian manufacturer (Melbourne) with an extremely good product. They have developed a new product 'The Maxim', state of the art technology with a number of features built in that are not provided by some of the othe manufacturers. There is a web site www.lsclighting.com.au take a look I think you would be very impressed.
