Mon, 3 July 2000, 11:24 amRight ON Kerry. I'm an academy studentat studying in lighting and my local is KADS. We are not at the point of paying pros to do the "heavy work" but there is a lot of pressure on out 'younger' and 'less experianced' members to produce a show that has no technical flaws. It is dissapointing to see members of our team almost having heart attacks (in the first dress runs) due to the pressure of 'proffesionalism'. It is better to nurture the tallents of the members rather than making them feel insecure. But hay what do I know. All the best.
