Will the Real Omnibus Please......

Think this is the key to the somewhat circular argument. Yes granted, an Incorporated community theatre comapny one can have ones say and yes it can also be disregarded but at least you are entitled to that say. However (isnt there always a however!!) Omnibus is NOT incorporated and hence is no more obliged to listen to others than is any other private enterprise. Be it right or wrong it is a fact and yes it is a legal one at that. Now if Omnibus were an incorporation then this would be an entirely different matter of course.
And yes Grant I do lots of Gardening probably need a bit more chooky poo though :-)
