Hey guys I'm looking at volunteering as a stage technician in Perth and wondering how i go about it. I don't have any experience with the theatre but i have a long history in maintenance and construction. I'm pretty sure i'd have skills and the all important tickets to help out. A friend of mine took me back stage at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, that's pretty much where the idea came from. Any suggestions on where to start would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to everyone that replied to my message, there is definitely plenty of work out there for volunteers. Unfortunately i have just found out that my company is moving me to Newcastle in a few months so i guess i won't be able to help in Perth but i'll certainly try over there. Thanks again. Paul
