Again, your best bet is to contact a local amateur group. I have no doubt that there'd be some old hands in one of them that would be happy to come down and build a set for a local school. Have you done the obvious? Asked parents who might be interested in holding a hammer or two? I know a lot of times schools ask the parents to do a bit of a volunteer build to get things done. And as an alternative, maybe rethink your set. If you can't build it yourselves, don't have space to build it (and presumably store it for future use), have budget limitations (a company that builds sets for a living would charge a fortune compared to the school production budget)... then why trying in the first place? Do something a little less demanding. (I say this with all due respect. I remember my school shows and the sets were often between crazy and small.
