Depending uponthe sight lines?

Depending upon the sight lines, I have used a heap of shredded clear plastic - to simulate water. I suppose if you incorporate bits of 'Bubble Wrap' [large bubbles]! Might be an effort cutting out all the larger bubbles from the wrap though - Lighting will reflect off the clear plastic, as with water bubbles. Just my Tanners worth!
