Feedback re cloud effect on stage

After receiving several suggestions on how we could create the effects of clouds on stage, we finally went for the parachute silk (parchute silk proved hard tpo find so we used white satin, was on special at $3 a metre). We simply spread it across the floor, added wadding underneath to create a few lumps and bumps, and 'hey presto', a very basic, but acceptable cloud formation. Note :the reason why we went simple, was we only had a limited time to set 20 minutes). We shall be making a subtle change for the forthcoming dramafest in which we shall add some plyboard backdrops, painted for effect. cheers John A lad in sane productions

I have been trying in vain

I have been trying in vain to find directions on making cloud tank effects with a fish tank (of course). The only information I have found so far is that for good results you need a certain ratio of water to sea water (I would presume to suspend the particles for a longer duration). Does anyone know that ratio? Thanks for your time __________________ Submited by : Libros Gratis
