In the spirit of the recent rise in tech topics, I have one: What's the best way to create a purely blacklight space, and what kind of blacklights are best to use and how? I have trouble finding somewhere local to buy cheap blacklights from, so I want to hear creative ideas that are also simple and cheap to do...
