In the spirit of the recent rise in tech topics, I have one: What's the best way to create a purely blacklight space, and what kind of blacklights are best to use and how? I have trouble finding somewhere local to buy cheap blacklights from, so I want to hear creative ideas that are also simple and cheap to do...

Small blacklights

I do have three of those handheld blacklights. Problem is that you have to hold one up to the puppet as close as 5cm - any further away than that and the effect is lost. Those blacklights simply aren't strong enough to do anything in a show. Fun puppet patterns to make at home! Puppets to buy at Puppets in Melbourne
