Blues Brothers stage script
Thu, 10 May 2012, 02:22 pmI am a Drama teacher in Western Australia.
I am interested in directing a stage version of the Blues Brothers film for next year’s annual whole school production.
Does anyone know if there exists a stage script for the film at all?
Do you know who holds the rights for such a show?
Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Fri, 11 May 2012, 09:16 amI would imagine it would not be cheap to buy rights to it... none-the-less, there does not appear to be a proper script or musical. The closest I can find is a Revival which is more a general homage to the music of the time, althought the Blue Brothers do (apparently) make an appearance.
