This would have to be the states first "MUST SEE" event for 2007.

Darlington Theatre Players current production is a credit to community theatre in Perth. The energy with which this production is performed would solve the global warming problem almost on it's own!

Director Peter Clark has taken his personal dream to mount this show and (with the help of several VERY talented cast members, an excellent live band and some of the best lighting seen in Perth for quite some time) not just made it into a reality, but has handed Perth audiences some of the best that theatre goers have ever enjoyed.

If I was in the business of handing out stars for reviews, this would certainly be four and a half out of five.

Terrific show, wonderful cast, DAMN good band, intuitive directing. Great job Guys! Loved it!

I would like to thank everyone involved in Darlington Theatre Players' production of Jesus Christ Superstar. I am one of the many who have seen the show, and loved it, right from the overture to the curtain call. To whoever it was who doesnt want to see the show because of what he or she heard, I pity your inability to form your own opinions. As an amateur actor myself, I couldn't help wishing that I was part of the show. Well done to all, and chookas for the rest of the season.
