Mon, 19 June 2006, 11:16 amI saw the play "Dinner" at Playlovers on opening night and agree it was brilliant, in particular Sue Darge as Paige the hostess from hell! I know it's not fair to single out one person but really this character holds the play and she certainly did!
The author takes to relationships with a VERY sharp scalpel.
The rest of the cast backed her up superbly - by the way avoid the web-site that provided the waiter, a chilling performance from Michael O'Neill with barely a word!!

Sun, 25 June 2006, 10:26 amI thought it was an excellent production. Well done Dean for creating a wonderful world. Usually I find too much dialogue turns into a talking heads scenario but I found last night to be laugh after laugh after laugh.
My congrats to the casts as well for illuminating a whole set of wonderfully horrid dinner guests. Jobs well done!
