live at the rogue
Sun, 29 May 2005, 10:47 amlive @ the rogue is a fantasic cabaret based in a 1950's swing night club...i feel that the show was full of energy from start to finish with hit after hit of 1950's swing.....
this is the only show ive seen where plot doesnt matter....the feeling created of just having a night in a club and swinging away to classic songs was pulled off brilliantly...
congratulations to director trevor whittaker for creating such a loverble show which still gives me goosebumps each time i see it....
well done to emma for all her hard work and to the cast.....u's all rocked....good luck in your tour....

I thought it was a great show, but too much of it involved the one male singer. He was good, but some of the other voices were better. Also, the band tended to drown the singers out.
Great dancing from everyone and the show bopped right along. I would have liked to have heard more from the group as a whole
