My partner and I were among a select few that travelled from Perth to see The Kalgoorlie Repertory Club's production of Ali Baba. We are both of the opinion that it was worth every kilometre. During the after show chit-chat I was surprised to learn that several of the cast were "virgins" and that Ali Baba was their first public performance. Congratulations to those people (and to ALL the cast and crew) and keep up the great work!! In particular, the choreography and comic timing of the chase scene was on a par with professional standards.
I would also like to thank Melzzz (Melanie DeCull) for arranging the weekend, and acting as "Tour Guide" throughout our stay. I am sure I speak for our entire group of travellers when I say that a terrific time was had by all!!

Just wanted to show my appreciation for all the work that was put into yet another outstanding performance by members of the GRC. I also took the trek from Perth (seperate to Melz group I'm sorry to say (No offense to those I did go with, but I'm sure it would have been great fun to go along with a bigger group)) and was totally thrilled with the show.
I can't wait for the next time I take the trek out to Kal for the next show which I'm sure will be another fabulous event.
