As our whole cast have> never sung in a show before i think we will need all the help we can> get.hmmm...plenty of sleep, plenty of warming up before a show and no milky stuff, just hot/warm water for at least an hour or two before you go on to sing to keep the throat clear ...and rest the voice box inbetween shows;)works for me anyway:)Sharon
