This a POHMy scheme, that is to be launched, to provide fee tickets to attract young people to theatre;-

To me it is seems like they are whistling against the wind. But I'm probably wrong as usual!

What do you think, would it work or is just a waste of money?

I think it might work in Melbourne, especially during the fringe. Most people who see shows in that time are under 30. Although, it wouldn't mean they'd be happy to pay for tickets at any other time... Finger puppet pattern for under $4 at Puppets in Melbourne
