Catherine Poulton Management

Sorry to sound like an annoying beginner, but I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience dealing with Catherine Poulton Management, and what they're like as an agency. They seem fairly good but I like to do my research thoroughly, and any inside knowledge would be much appreciated!

hey, i also am interested in joining catherine poulton.
& to be able to join, you either audition or be interviewed,
but to be interviewed you must have had training and or credits and im currently with bambini and have had an audition and extra work for shows like neighbours and the wedge. so do i just go by interview or audition?
iff interview what do you do? like what kind of questions do they ask?, what are the key factors of becoming a young succesful actor?
any one please let me know.
