i'm only 12 years old and i want an acting job......
Sat, 7 Feb 2004, 03:55 amI am only 12 years old and i really love acting.i've been in a few plays,readers theatre and talent shows.i mostly want to act in a sitcom,something on disney.shows on the disney channel like "THATS SO RAVEN","SISTER,SISTER","LIZZIE MCGUIRE" and well you get my point.Or even a big movie like "THE RING" you know,something really good.But this is something i dream of.I really want to do this,more than anything in the world.If you know of any movie of sitcom that i can act in,please e-mail me at luckystar12892@aol.com.THANKS

Sure, but at least 50 is an easy number for them to remember (although it's only been that way since Alaska and then Hawaii joined in 1959).
How many Australians know instinctively how many states WE have? Because do we count the Northern Territory as a state yet? (I've read conflicting information on the internet. It became self-governing in 1978, and for all intents and purposes appears to be treated as a state, but I think it's still just a territory?)

It's not just the Americans who can get geographically confused. When we performed in Japan in '85, we attended a banquet where a diligent organist had studied up his Australiana....he played 'Road to Gundagai', 'Waltzing Matilda', and 'Click Go The Shears' during dinner - and then we were all invited to sing along for his grand finale...lucky we knew the words to 'Eidelweiss'...!!
