AUDITIONS - PERTH
Mon, 29 Dec 2003, 12:07 pmPocket Theatre is casting its short play, "My Mum is a Feminist Guerilla" to be performed at the Fremantle Railway Hotel mid March.
The play looks at the family of an Australian journalist who is being held captive in Afghanistan.
Characters:
Simone:(12-13) The precocious daughter of the journalist.
Johnny:(12-13) SimoneÂ’s friend next door.
George:(35+) The journalist's husband and father of Simone. He is having trouble coming to terms with his wife's choice of career and her subsequent disappearance.
Gran (60+) George's next-door neighbour and Grandmother of Johnny. She is a strong woman with traditional beliefs.
Tom (30+) Editor of the Journalist's newspaper, he is trying to work with George to help get her out of Afghanistan.
Auditions will be held at Camelot in Mosman Park.

I desperately need actors to audition for two short student films, a drama 'Pets', and a science fiction, 'The Price of Knowledge.' I need actors between the ages of the following:

14-18
18-23
23-35
35-65
Auditions take place for 'Pets' on the Friday the 30th at 4.30 pm at 23 Colgrave way Duncraig Perth.
Auditions for the 'Price of Knowledge' take place on the 2nd of January Monday at 3pm 23 Colgrave way Duncraig Perth.
