Hiring Specialty Lights

Does anyone in Perth know of a Specialty Lighting Company that hires out to local theatres, that dosn't charge extortion rates. I was after a "spin around strob type" (Please excuse my technical term) of effect for a dance number, in my next production.

And lets not of a whole week of english lessons as a result of the WA Schools system.
