Child Minding

I am one of those experienced (not recent) middle-aged male actors lurking out here who would love to audition for some of the great shows being staged around town but for parenting obligations.

I am wondering if anyone has already set up a child minding co-operative of some sort whereby those no currently in shows could look after the kids of those who are, on some sort of roster/turn-about basis? If not, would anyone out there be interested in getting one going ?
