Seeking costume designer to make "KarmenRider/PowerRanger/IronMan" style armor- PAID JOB

So I am after someone to create a body armor style suit for a web series I host. I can't complete filming till I have this final armor so I am looking for a professional who knows what they are doing. I have made my own attempt which could pass for the moment but like everyone knows, it's the suit that makes the man.
I have already made the helmet so it is just the armor for the top half of the body I need. I have attached a photo below of what style I am after (minus the helmet)
I am located in Perth but am willing to pay for shipping if over in the Eastern States.
THIS IS A PAID JOB! I welcome all quotes for the task at hand. I am trying to keep it under $300 if possible but depending on how detailed you can make it would be willing to pay more.

Armor
Hey there
Have you found someone to make the armor?
If not I may be of help.
I've completed my BA in Writing and Visual Arts and have sewing experience. I have also worked as guest designer at Nexus Theatre's Love of the Nightingale. You could make it of vinyl - Clark Rubber stocks it in different colours, i dont think they have silver so maybe grey? The insignis could be done in silver paint and you could touch up the grey vinyl with silver paint as well. With a zipper on the back the armor would be easy to wear. To get the padded effect there's stuffing from spotlight or texile traders and. Let me know if you still need a costume designer. You should be able to make it in under $300.
